SukritiTailoring Training
Fifty women were trained in two batches, each batch of 25 students with an expert tailor for five months from November-2021 to March 2022. The training was held in the Krishnachandrapur, Roydighi, 24 Parganas. Krishnachandrapur High School Authority had provided the space. Upon completion of the training, we have issued certificates to the students.We have already negotiated with a whole seller garment production unit for opening a production center at Krishnachandrapur in the same place using sewing machines of our center and utilizing our trained women for production, which commenced at the end of April-2022.
Nursing Assistants Training
Initially, 18 women were enrolled, out of which 15 were continued till the completion of the course. The training was given by an expert Retired govt—hospital Nurse and a local doctor from November-2021 to March 2022 for five months. Upon completion of the training, we have given a completion certificate to them. We have arranged on-the-job training for all the 15 students at Mathurapur Graming Hospital at Mathurapur, 24 Parganas, for three months. Upon completion of on-the-job training, they will be placed in different Nursing Homes and Hospitals.
Baking Training
People’s eating habits have changed over time. Today the baking business has just got to another level. Cakes made with fruit, chocolate, cream, and savers have come a long way in the history of the basic pound variety. With this aspect in mind, a new training program on Bakery is to be conducted by professional bakers and chefs from well-known bakery outlets. This program is for our students. On completion of training they will use all the equipments and start running bakery outlets commercially and gain economic independence as well as improved social status.
